Welcome to Lamorè Lavender

Lamorè Lavender is our family-run farm in Gibbsboro, New Jersey, where lavender is at the center of everything we’re building.

The name Lamorè is tied to the name of our property, which we lovingly call Casa Lamorè, a combination of both of our last names (Lamboy & Morgan)!

We’re Emily and Allen, and along with our son, Nathan, our sheep, and the rest of our four-legged and feathered crew, we’re slowly transforming our property into a working lavender farm designed around growing beautiful things, creating beautiful products, and giving people a chance to experience a little bit of farm life for themselves.

Our Farm

Lavender is our signature crop, with approximately an acre currently in production and a collection of varieties selected for their fragrance, beauty, culinary uses, and essential oil.

One of the things we love most about growing lavender is discovering just how different each variety can be—from its color and scent to when it blooms and how it performs in our South Jersey climate.

We harvest our lavender throughout the season for fresh and dried bundles, culinary lavender, and the essential oil and hydrosol we distill right here on the farm. Those ingredients also become the foundation for many of the lavender products we create and sell at local farmers markets and through Lamorè.

And lavender is only the beginning. Around the farm, we're also adding complementary herbs, flowers, berries, orchard plantings, pollinator-friendly spaces, and other specialty crops while caring for the woodland that makes up much of the property.

Meet the Rest of the Family

Of course, it wouldn’t be Lamorè without the sheep.

Our Valais Blacknose sheep have become some of the farm’s most recognizable residents—and arguably its best ambassadors. They’re part of our everyday life here, along with the work of caring for the land and creating a farm that feels as good as it looks.

Emily leads much of the lavender growing, product development and creative vision for Lamorè; Allen and Nathan are very much part of the family operation—and, like most farm families, everyone tends to get pulled into whatever needs doing when harvest time arrives.

What We're Growing Toward

2026 has been an important building year for Lamorè. We’ve continued expanding our lavender production, experimenting with varieties, harvesting and distilling our own crop, developing our product collection, and bringing Lamorè out into the community through farmers markets. You can find us most weekends at the Collingswood Farmers Market!

Behind the scenes, we’re also working on the bigger vision for the property: propagation and greenhouse growing, expanded specialty crops, more on-farm production, and creating thoughtful ways for people to eventually experience Lamorè in person.

Looking toward 2027 and beyond, our goal is to begin bringing more of the farm experience to life—seasonal opportunities to enjoy the lavender fields, meet the sheep, learn about growing and distilling lavender, and participate in intimate workshops and experiences connected to the land.

We want Lamorè to grow intentionally. Not into a big attraction, but into a beautiful working farm where agriculture, creativity and hospitality come together.

There’s a lot still growing here.

We hope you’ll follow along.
