Of course, it wouldn’t be Lamorè without the sheep.
Our Valais Blacknose sheep have become some of the farm’s most recognizable residents—and arguably its best ambassadors. They’re part of our everyday life here, along with the work of caring for the land and creating a farm that feels as good as it looks.
Emily leads much of the lavender growing, product development and creative vision for Lamorè; Allen and Nathan are very much part of the family operation—and, like most farm families, everyone tends to get pulled into whatever needs doing when harvest time arrives.
What We're Growing Toward
2026 has been an important building year for Lamorè. We’ve continued expanding our lavender production, experimenting with varieties, harvesting and distilling our own crop, developing our product collection, and bringing Lamorè out into the community through farmers markets. You can find us most weekends at the Collingswood Farmers Market!
Behind the scenes, we’re also working on the bigger vision for the property: propagation and greenhouse growing, expanded specialty crops, more on-farm production, and creating thoughtful ways for people to eventually experience Lamorè in person.
Looking toward 2027 and beyond, our goal is to begin bringing more of the farm experience to life—seasonal opportunities to enjoy the lavender fields, meet the sheep, learn about growing and distilling lavender, and participate in intimate workshops and experiences connected to the land.
We want Lamorè to grow intentionally. Not into a big attraction, but into a beautiful working farm where agriculture, creativity and hospitality come together.
